September 8 1934 - Notable Passengers

The EMPRESS OF ASIA, commanded by A. V. R. Lovegrove, began a Pacific crossing upon sailing from Vancouver on September 8th, 1934. The ship carried one of the largest passenger lists in some time to the Orient.
