November 30 1922 - Notable Passengers

The EMPRESS OF ASIA, under the command of L. D. Douglas, began a Pacific crossing upon sailing from Vancouver on November 30th, 1922.  The ship reported a light passenger list of approximately 480 with some 60 Saloon Class and 50 in Second Class.  Several hundred passengers were in Steerage.

At Hong Kong the EMPRESS OF ASIA would be dry-docked for her annual overhaul.  The overhaul is scheduled to take 33 days.
