August 29 1931 - Notable Passengers

The EMPRESS OF ASIA, commanded by A. V. R. Lovegrove, began a Pacific crossing upon sailing from Vancouver on August 29th, 1931. 

The ship carried a passenger list of 420 with 50 First Class, 70 Second Class and 300 Steerage.
