April 26 1935 - Notable Passengers

The EMPRESS OF ASIA, under the command of Captain A. V. R. Lovegrove, concluded a Pacific crossing upon reaching Vancouver on April 26th, 1935.  On this crossing Hawaii was called upon prior to reaching Victoria.  The ship reported a large passenger list and an uneventful passage.  A number of passengers left the ship at Victoria and traveled by ferry to Seattle.
